At Impressive Glow, we strive to provide excellent service. Please review our refund and cancellation policy before booking.

All Sales Are Final

I acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted. By completing your purchase and booking, you accept these terms.

Appointment Deposits

- A **$50 non-refundable deposit** is required to book your appointment
- Deposits can be sent via Zelle to: 856-304-6727
- Once the deposit is received, you will receive an appointment confirmation via text and email
- Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances

Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice Required

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide **at least 24 hours advance notice**.

Cancellations with 24+ hours notice:
- You will lose your $50 deposit
- You may reschedule for a future date (new deposit required)

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice:
- You will forfeit your $50 deposit
- No refunds or credits will be issued

No-Shows:
- If you miss your appointment without notice, you forfeit the full deposit
- No refunds or credits will be issued

Please cancel as soon as possible to allow us to offer your time slot to another client.

Why We Have This Policy

As a mobile service, we travel to your location and schedule time specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations prevent us from serving other clients and result in lost business.

Service Completion

Once your teeth whitening treatment is complete, **all sales are final**. We do not offer refunds for:
- Completed services
- Results that don't meet your expectations (results vary by individual)
- Temporary tooth sensitivity (normal side effect)
- Changes in your schedule after treatment

Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
- You have not disclosed important health information
- You are not suitable for treatment
- Treatment conditions are unsafe or inappropriate

In these rare cases, you will receive a full refund.
